Author Guidelines

All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review. After that a decision to accept or reject will be made.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included in the submission, such as photos, documents, and datasets. All authors listed in the manuscript must consent to be identified as authors. Where appropriate, the research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the country in which the study was conducted.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are properly structured and well articulated. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand alone. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. Once you are confident that your submission meets these criteria, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

  • The submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by another journal.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures are numbered and properly labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets, and other materials provided with this submission.

By accepting the Statement of Consent for the Provision and Processing of Personal Data and by submitting your personal data through this website, you confirm that you have read it carefully and understood all the information in it, and you allow CCS, as the Manager of the collection of personal data and user, to process and use your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679), for the purpose of keeping records of workshop participants, administration and service management. By filling out the registration form you accept the Statement of Consent to CCS for the provision and processing of personal data for the purpose of of using this site. Your data that you have submitted to us will remain stored with us until you revoke it or until it is necessary for a purpose that depends on the nature of the business relationship in which we are. We will not pass your data on without your consent, and we will obligatorily comply with the legal provisions, especially the deadlines for storing personal data.
